Our products undergo strict quality control procedures before leaving the factory. However, in the unlikely event you encounter any issue due to a manufacturing defect, we offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge, if the defect is confirmed to be caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

If a return is required for inspection or repair, SWEETCRISPY will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

 

Please Note:

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused during transportation, improper use, neglect, or abuse

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

Natural wear and tear from normal use (e.g., fabric pilling, scratches, dents)

Any damage caused by improper assembly or cleaning methods

Products that have been tampered with or altered by non-authorized personnel

The warranty is void if the product has been modified or misused beyond its intended purpose.
