Cancel/change your order
- Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders right away to ship them fast. If your order has already been sent to our warehouse (usually within 24 hours), it can no longer be changed or canceled. - If you need to make a change, please call us right away.
Contact our Customer Support team by phone as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help if your order is still in process. - Received something you didn’t want?
Just get in touch after delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist with a return and refund.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
You have 60 days after delivery to return or exchange your item.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Reach out first – Email us at service@sweetcrispy.com to get started. We’ll guide you through the process.
✅ Keep it like new – Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in SALABLE condition.
✅ Snap a few photos – Please provide your order number and 3 photos of the packaged product (front, side, inside) for verification.
We’ll issue your refund or exchange as soon as we receive and approve your return.
Returns for Personal Preference
We want you to love what you order. If an item doesn’t quite work for you—whether it’s the fit, color, size, or just a change of mind—you’re welcome to return it within 60 days.
To help us keep our prices fair for all customers, returns for non-quality-related reasons are subject to a return shipping fee. This includes cases such as:

As always, please contact us first to start the return process. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll promptly issue your refund (minus the return shipping cost).
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return is approved for a refund. If approved, we will automatically refund you to the original payment method within 2 bussiness days. Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive a refund confirmation from us. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
