I wasn't sure about ordering this online, without seeing it somewhere. Holly smokes is this a WONDERFUL chair. Easy to set up, the Grey color is nice and luxurious looking, so soft, the heat and massage is just great. The chair is not noisy, the dual motor is great.
The delivery man went above and beyond to help me put it inside the front door.
My cats love to enjoy it with me too!!!!

I LOVE It! I've had it for just over a week and love everything about it! The seat is several inches higher than my old recliner, so it makes it much easier for me to get up. The dark gray material is very comfy. The cup holders are great; I no longer have to worry about spelling liquid on my end table which has an electrical plugin on it. The lumbar heat isn't as strong as I expected but still very good for my back. A wonderful chair that I have no hesitation recommending for everyone!

This was purchased for my aging mother. The chair works great and gets her up and down safely. She also loves the heating and massage features of the chair. The chair gets a lot of use and I no longer have to worry about her falling if she walks from her old chair to her walker.

My husband fractured his hummus bone and left arm was put in a sling. He could get out of his recliner. I ordered the lift chair and it was delivered the next day. Our son assembled it and our other son cleaned and broke down the boxes. It was a team effort! The chair has been a blessing for a 85 year man.

It is very easy to put together and we love the lift feature. It is going to be perfect for my father when he comes home!

We've had two of these chairs for days. They weren't the easiest to assemble, but they weren't the hardest either. If you have some experience assembling flat-pack furniture, it's a breeze. The shape of this chair is a little different than what you would expect from a recliner, as the back is very slim. But we've gotten used to it and it no longer looks strange from the side. I sit in it for four or five hours a day (and often fall asleep in it). In my opinion, this chair is reasonably priced and good value for money.

The chairs are easy to assemble, inexpensive, functional and comfortable to use.

The first moment I sat in it, I knew I had chosen the right chair! The seat and cushions are both soft and supportive.
The seat lift mechanism works great as well as the heating and massage features. I have back problems and this chair has been a huge blessing in my life!
