Very comfortable! I absolutely love the company I bought this from! This was my first recliner ever. I seriously can not thank them enough for helping me when I accidentally broke a wire while reclining it in the up position (I connected wires incorrectly and under the base, got caught and ripped a red wire from the motorized part that makes it recline). They are amazing!!

The chair at 96lbs does not move too easily on rugs so if that is a requirement you will need to use furniture sliders. Once assembled all the features worked properly using the included remotes. The chair has thick padding making it comfortable at the different settings such as heat and massage.

Great quality for the price. Super easy assembly. Checked all the boxes. We bought this for my dad who was ill. This was a huge help in lifting him and keeping him comfortable with the heat/massage elements. Very pleased with the purchase. Not sure about long term durability as we only used it for about 4 months.

The color is perfect!! the size is good. I just love whole chair and will recommend everyone who asks about it or is considering buying a lift chair. my two grandsons had it set up and it took about 25 minutes to do it.

I wasn't sure about ordering this online, without seeing it somewhere. Holly smokes is this a WONDERFUL chair. Easy to set up, the Grey color is nice and luxurious looking, so soft, the heat and massage is just great. The chair is not noisy, the dual motor is great.
The delivery man went above and beyond to help me put it inside the front door.
My cats love to enjoy it with me too!!!!

I LOVE It! I've had it for just over a week and love everything about it! The seat is several inches higher than my old recliner, so it makes it much easier for me to get up. The dark gray material is very comfy. The cup holders are great; I no longer have to worry about spelling liquid on my end table which has an electrical plugin on it. The lumbar heat isn't as strong as I expected but still very good for my back. A wonderful chair that I have no hesitation recommending for everyone!

This was purchased for my aging mother. The chair works great and gets her up and down safely. She also loves the heating and massage features of the chair. The chair gets a lot of use and I no longer have to worry about her falling if she walks from her old chair to her walker.

My 17 year old granddaughter and her best friend were able to take apart and put together this recliner with no problem. I just had hip surgery and it has made me comfortable during my recovery!
